Terms & Conditions: Free Installation By Seller

• Eligibility & Scope: Complimentary delivery and assembly services are provided for qualifying furniture items across all cities in the UAE, excluding certain remote or non-service areas.

• Installation Limitations: While the delivery team is responsible for the assembly and setup of furniture, they reserve the right to refrain from installing products directly onto the customer’s walls, floors, or ceilings (e.g., wall-mounting TVs or drilling for heavy shelving).

• Building Permits: Customers are responsible for procuring all necessary building permits or entry clearances required by their building management/community prior to the delivery and installation date.

• Wall & Ceiling Consent: For items requiring support via drilling or fixing (nails/screws) into the property, the customer must provide explicit consent. To the extent permitted by law, the service provider will not be held liable for any property damage incurred during this process.

• Returns Post-Installation: Once a product has been installed, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless a manufacturing defect is identified. In the case of a verified defect, the item may be returned or replaced at no additional cost in accordance with the standard return policy.

• Product Dimensions & Access: Customers are advised to verify product dimensions before ordering. If a product cannot be delivered or assembled because it does not fit or because of physical access restrictions (e.g., narrow doorways, lack of elevator access for heavy items), the product will be returned and a refund will be processed.

• Heavy Items (Safes/Large Units): For items weighing over 100kg, delivery is restricted to the ground floor unless a service elevator is available.

• Quality Issues & Missing Parts: Should there be any concerns regarding product quality or missing components, customers should raise a request through the marketplace platform (e.g., Noon). The request will be processed in accordance with the marketplace’s refund and return policies and the manufacturer’s warranty.
