• To avail the additional 20% discount, customers must apply the coupon code WAHL20 at checkout.

• Each customer is eligible to use the coupon code only once during the promotional period.

• The additional 20% discount is applicable only upon successful exchange of an old grooming appliance* at the time of delivery for a new one purchased from the eligible products listed on the campaign page.

• The old grooming appliance* may be from any brand and of any size. The appliance must be physically handed over to the Delivery Associate (DA) at the time of delivery.

• The exchanged appliance must be in a condition suitable for safe handling. Items that are heavily damaged, excessively soiled, or unhygienic may be refused by the Delivery Associate.

• If the customer is unable to provide the old appliance during delivery, the Delivery Associate will attempt delivery up to two times. The new appliance will only be handed over once the exchange item is received.

• If the exchange cannot be completed after the delivery attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled and the full order amount will be refunded to the customer.

• Once collected by the Delivery Associate, the exchanged appliance cannot be returned or reclaimed by the customer.

• Customers will be notified in case of any order cancellation.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, coupons, or special offers.
