Return Policy for GCC Customers

Applicability of the return policy

This return policy is applicable for customers purchasing the products from seller listed on www.noon.com or noon mobile application (together referred as “Noon Platform”) under the section of Noon (referred to as “Noon”).

Products eligible for return

A. Noon section

Noon offers returns for products within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the shipment to you if the product is eligible for return. Products that are eligible for return have the - “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” tag under offer details. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for return.

It may take up to one week based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card or your noon wallet if you paid in cash. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Electronics and Mobiles

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  • If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned.
  • Noon has the right to determine if the item is to be repaired, returned to the customer or refunded.

Beauty and Health

  • Hair and personal care, vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return.
  • Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, etc.), fragrances and Health products that are opened or used will not be accepted.

Fashion

  • Apparels such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, socks & tights are not eligible for return.
  • Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
  • Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.

Home & Kitchen

  • Furniture and large home appliances are not eligible for return.
  • Home decor products are accepted for return only if the product is unopened, free from any damage and must be in the original packaging.
  • Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted for return.
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.

Sports & Outdoors

  • Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.

Toys & Games

  • Dressing up costumes are non-returnable
  • Toys and Games that are used, activated or missing parts will not be accepted for return

Baby Products

  • Hygiene-related products, feeding & training accessories, diapers and accessories, bath care, and medical treatment products are not eligible for return.
  • Baby products eligible for return must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

Grocery

  • All Grocery items are non-returnable.

Automotive

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  • If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.

Tools & Home Improvement

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
  • Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Books

  • Books that are eligible for return will only be accepted if unused, not torn, or damaged, and in their original condition.

Pet Supplies

  • Products that are eligible for a return, unused, and in the original packaging can be returned. It must be in the same condition as the customer received it.
  • Perishable goods such as food treats and supplements cannot be returned.

Stationery & Office Supplies

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
  • Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted.

 

B. Self-Ship Return Process for Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar

You are required to cover the return shipping fees. However, you will be refunded the shipping cost once your return is accepted. The shipping fee refund will be capped at a maximum of USD 22, converted to your local currency based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing. The refunded amount will be credited to your Noon Wallet with a validity of six months.

Once the carrier delivers the item back to Noon or the seller’s warehouse, an inspection will take place within 2-5 working days before the refund is issued. For more details on refunds and refund amounts, please refer to [Refunds].

Important Notes:

  • Ensure that you attach the noon shipping label provided at the time of the return request. You can download this label from your account for the specified return item.
  • Ship the package to the address mentioned on the shipping label of the return request.
  • Once shipped, update the tracking number on the Noon app/website against the return requested item.
  • Noon is not responsible for any lost or damaged of return item in transit by the courier.
