GENERAL RULES
This raffle draw is conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of Dubai DED. It is open only to UAE residents and is not valid for noon employees. The raffle period runs from 12:00 am on 20 November 2025 until 11:59 pm on 30 November 2025 (UAE time). This raffle cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or coupons, and all prizes are non-transferable.

ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY
To enter the raffle, customers must place an order of AED 100 or more in a single transaction and enter the code “WIN” at checkout. If any order, or part of an order, is cancelled and the net order value drops below AED 100, the raffle entry becomes void. Each eligible order counts as one entry, and customers can earn up to a maximum of 10 entries throughout the campaign period. All eligible entries received during the campaign will automatically be included in the Mega Prize Draw.

PRIZE DETAILS
There will be five winners per day for the daily prizes and one winner for the mega prize. Daily prizes will consist of pre-determined products, which will be announced on the noon platform. Each daily winner will receive a single-use coupon code offering a 99.9% discount on the specific daily prize item they have won. One Mega Prize winner will receive a brand new car. If a Daily Prize Item is out of stock at the time of redemption, the winner will instead receive the value of that item as noon Credits.

WINNER SELECTION & COMMUNICATION
Winners will be selected under the supervision of DED, UAE, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays. noon’s customer service team will contact winners via phone within two business days, followed by an email confirming their win and outlining the process to receive their prize. noon will attempt to contact each winner up to three times, and failure to answer all attempts will result in forfeiture of the prize. Details regarding the collection or delivery of the Mega Prize (the car) will be communicated directly to the winner. noon also reserves the right to use the winner’s name and details for winner announcements.

PRIZE REDEMPTION
Daily Prize winners must place a new order using the provided coupon code to redeem their prize item, which will be delivered like any standard noon order. The Mega Prize winner must present a valid UAE driving license, Emirates ID, and passport to claim the car. noon reserves the right to withhold any prize if the qualifying order or orders are returned or cancelled, whether partially or fully.
