Terms & Conditions:

• This raffle draw is conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of Dubai DED.

• This raffle is open only to UAE residents and is not valid for noon employees.

• To enter the raffle, customers must place an order of AED 100 or more in a single transaction.

• Customers must enter the code “RAMADANBABY” at checkout to qualify for a raffle entry.

• If any order or part of an order is cancelled and the net order value falls below AED 100, the raffle entry will be void.

• The raffle period is valid from 12:00 am on 23 Feb 2026 until 11:59 pm on 4 Mar 2026 (UAE time).

• There will be 1 winner per day.

• Winners will be selected under the supervision of DED, UAE (excluding weekends—Saturday/Sunday—and UAE public holidays).

• For daily prizes - pre-determined products will be announced on the noon platform.

• Winners will be contacted by noon’s customer service team via phone within two (2) business days, followed by an email communicating their win and the process to receive their prizes.

• Each daily winner will receive a single-use coupon code offering a 99.9% discount on the specific daily prize item associated with their win.

• Daily Prize winners must place a new order using the provided coupon code to redeem the Prize Item which will be delivered like any standard noon order.

• If the Daily Prize Item is out of stock at the time of redemption, the winner will receive the value of the Prize Item as noon Credits.

• noon reserves the right to withhold the prize if the qualifying order(s) are returned or cancelled (partially or fully).

• noon has the right to use the winner’s name/details to announce the winners.

• The Prizes will be non-transferable.
