OverviewThe Rubik LM2596/LM2596S is a DC to DC step-down module designed for high efficiency voltage regulation. It features an input voltage range of 4V to 35V and an adjustable output voltage range of 1.23V to 30V. The module can handle a maximum output current of 3A with a conversion efficiency of up to 92%. It operates at a switching frequency of 150KHz and has an output ripple of less than 30mV. The module is equipped with a blue potentiometer knob for easy voltage adjustment and requires a minimum 1.5V differential for stable output. It is recommended to use a heat sink for prolonged use above 2.5A.
