Using millimetre wave (mmWave) technology, the Presence Sensor FP1E can detect even the slightest human movement, providing precise and prompt presence detection for various home automation scenarios. Aqara Home users can utilise the FP1E to detect human movement or stillness within a space, unlocking a wide range of automation possibilities triggered by movement or stillness, as well as the duration of either state. For instance, the sensor can detect if the user has remained still for over 30 minutes and send a notification or change the colour of their smart lights as a gentle reminder to stand up.
