How to apply: outline the eyebrow starting at the under arch and move toward the tail end. Blend the eyebrow color with the spoolie. Next, outline the upper arch and blend with the spoolie end of the eyebrow pencil. For precise detail and dimension, use brow wiz to create hair like strokes at the front of the eyebrow.
