1. Pour cold water into a large bowl or cup so that it is enough to submerge the anti-snoring device.
2. Boil water in a kettle to 80-100 degrees Celsius, and immediately pour the hot water into the empty large bowl or cup, making sure the water level can cover the anti-snoring device.
3. Submerge the anti-snoring device completely in the hot water and soak for 30-60 seconds until the device becomes soft. Be careful not to let the device touch the edges of the bowl or cup to avoid deformation, which can affect the molding. (If the device is not soft enough, you can increase the water temperature or extend the soaking time.)
4. After soaking for 30-60 seconds, gently shake off the excess hot water. Touch the device with your hand to ensure it is not too hot to put in your mouth.
5. Place the anti-snoring device in your mouth (the upper part has 2 pegs and the lower part has 3 slots). First, gently fit the lower groove of the device onto your lower teeth, then bite the upper teeth into the upper groove, and maintain a natural bite for about 20 seconds.
6. Remove the device from your mouth and place it in a cup of cold water to cool. Once the device has returned to its original hardness, you can place it back in your mouth. If the device feels comfortable and fits well with your teeth, it is ready for use. If it is not well-fitted, you can repeat the molding process. Each anti-snoring device can be molded up to 3 times.
