OverviewBM800 Battery Tester Main Function:
1. Startup test
* The walking system is good if the starting voltage reading is greater than 9.6v ( for a 24V system, the reading is greater than 16V).
* If the starting voltage reading is less than 9.6V ( for a 24V system, the reading is less than 16V ), there is a problem with the starting system.
* Please check related parts such as connection points, wires and starters, and battery terminals for corrosion.
2. Charging Test
* If the voltage reading is greater than 15.0V ( for a 24V system, the reading is greater than 30.00V), please check the voltage regulator.
* if the voltage reading is less than 13.3V ( for a 24V system, the reading is less than 26.60V), please check the connection points, wires, and engine.
3. Battery Test
it is recommended to replace the Battery when the Battery life is less than 45%.
4. Loading Test
Check whether the battery has enough load capacity to run all electrical equipment such as playing car music etc.
