How to Use:<br />

Step 1: Prepare enough hot water and boil it in a pot. <br />

Step 2: Once the water boils, you can remove the pot from the heat.<br />

Step 6: Immediately after removing the braces from the pot, place them in cold water for 2-3 seconds. <br />

Step 7: Immediately place the braces on your upper teeth. <br />

Step 8: Bite the braces and press them against your teeth with your fingers. <br />

Step 9: After forming, place the braces in cold water again to harden completely. <br />
