Product Features

- Designed with a notch, safe and convenient for one-handed sharpening

- Designed for two stages: coarse and fine sharpening

- Coarse stage: Opens the first edge of the knife and repairs damage

- Grinding and smoothing stage: This process sharpens the edge of the knife

Instructions for Use:

1. Place the device on a flat surface and press down to secure it to the surface

2. Ensure it is securely attached to the level surface

3. Perform one or both steps, depending on the sharpness of the blade

Step 1:

- Coarse sharpening: Suitable for damaged knives. Place the knife in the notch in the device

- Using light downward pressure, slide the blade from the end to the front of the blade through the notch

- Repeat the process from Three to five times. Sharpen knives every six months or as needed.

Step 2:

- Grinding and Smoothing. This step is important for grinding away and smoothing away damage.

- Please refer to Step 1 for usage instructions. It is recommended to use it once a week to keep the blade sharp at all times.

- Clean the knife with water or wipe it dry after use. Clean the sharpener with a non-abrasive brush.

Warning:

1. Do not sharpen while the device is not securely attached.

2. Do not sharpen serrated blades or scissors.

3. To avoid breaking the knife, please sharpen gently.

4. Do not place the sharpener in the dishwasher, or immerse it in water or heat to prevent distortion or affecting the sharpening results.

5. Please keep the knife sharpener and knives out of reach of children to avoid accidents.
