The machine supports two sizes of ice cubes (large and small), producing nine sturdy, long-lasting ice cubes every 6 minutes. The ice cubes are larger than those made by other machines, melt more slowly, and keep drinks cooler for longer. Operating the ice maker is straightforward: just add water, turn on the machine, and wait 6 minutes to see your ice cubes. Minimal maintenance is required, making it ideal for family gatherings, parties, kitchen use, and commercial applications.

Important Notes:

First-time Use:

1. We recommend using cold water for the first use, as the machine will initially be at a high temperature. Using cold water will help produce thicker, more durable ice cubes more quickly.
2. During the first use, the initial one or two batches of ice cubes may be thinner due to the machine's internal cooling process. This is normal. After three cycles or more, you will see thick and long-lasting ice cubes.

Potential Issues:

• Low Water Level: If the water level in the tank is too low, the machine will alert you and pause ice production.
• Ice Basket Full: If the ice basket is full, the machine will stop working until the ice is removed.
• High Ambient Temperature: If the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C, selecting the large ice cube mode is recommended to improve efficiency.
