How to use
1. Preliminary preparation
- Place the yoga core bed on a stable, dry ground, leaving enough space around it for easy stretching.
- Adjust the resistance spring or sliding track of the bed, and choose the appropriate intensity according to training needs.
2. Choose the right movement
- Bridge training: Lie on your back on the core bed, put your feet on the slide, and use the strength of your abdomen and hips to push the slide back and forth.
- Crunch exercise: Lie on your back, hold the support bar on the bed with both hands, and roll up your upper body by contracting your abdomen.
- Stretching and balance: Sit on the edge of the bed and use the spring pull bar to stretch your legs or back.
- Try plank support, side support and other movements to enhance balance and core strength under the guidance of a trainer.
3. Dynamic adjustment
- During exercise, adjust the bed resistance or footrest position at any time to make the movement standardized and comfortable.
4. End and storage
- After use, wipe the bed surface to keep it clean, put away the springs or slides, and store it in a dry and ventilated place.
Precautions
1. Applicable people
- Beginners, pregnant women or people with special health problems should consult a doctor or professional coach before use, and safety is the priority.
- Children should use the machine under adult supervision to avoid accidents.
2. Safe operation
- Check that the bed and springs are in good condition, without looseness or damage, and avoid using the equipment when it is damaged.
- Do not jump on the equipment or perform overload movements.
3. Movement specifications
- Perform a thorough warm-up before each training to avoid muscle strain.
- Keep the core tight during the movement to avoid excessive lumbar bending or pressure on the joints.
4. Training intensity
- Choose the appropriate intensity according to personal physical fitness, start with basic movements, and gradually increase resistance and movement difficulty.
- Avoid long training time at one time. It is generally recommended to train for 30 minutes to 1 hour each time.
5. Environmental requirements
- Place it on a stable ground and avoid sliding or slippery areas.
- Keep indoor air circulation and suitable temperature, and avoid overheating or overcooling.
6. Equipment maintenance
- Regularly check whether the springs, slides and other parts are worn, and replace damaged accessories in time.
- Clean the surface of the equipment after use to prevent sweat or dust accumulation.
Through correct use and a reasonable training plan, the yoga core bed can effectively improve the body's flexibility, core strength and overall balance ability. If it is the first time to use it, it is recommended to seek professional guidance for standard movements and training effects.
