How to get the most accurate readings:

1.Sit in a comfortable position for 5 minutes.

2.Fixed-point measurement. (For example, you measured at 7 a.m. the day before and measured again at this time to provide comparative sampling of the data.)

3.Move any fabric away from your wrist.

4.Put the cuff on tightly with the display on the inside of your wrist.

5.Place your arms and wrists at heart level.
nbsp;
6.Do not move or talk during measurement.

7.Avoid exercising, eating, drinking, bathing, etc. before measurement.
