He is a Fellow of the New Zealand Psychological Society and a Committee Member of the Coaching Psychology Special Interest Group of the Society. Iain is the founder of the Executive Coaching Centre in Auckland, New Zealand. He coaches and consults to a wide range of boards of directors, chief executives and senior managers.
