About the Author | Dr B. C. Punmia is a former teacher and writer. After completing his master’s degree, he began his career in the field of education. He was an assistant professor and reader and eventually was appointed Dean of M. B. M. Engineering College. He has more than hundred reports and monographs to his credit. His books include Surveying - Vol. 2, Mechanics Of Materials, Theory Of Structures SMTS - II: S.I. Units, and more. Ashok Kumar Jain is an engineer by profession, specialising in field and design. He has co-authored Strength Of Materials, Basic Civil Engineering, and Limit State Design Of Reinforced Concrete, to name a few. Arun Kumar Jain is employed at M. B. M. Engineering College in the capacity of Assistant Professor for Civil Engineering.
