TS102 spacers kits increase the vertical chamber height above the thermal area to accomodate larger samples or XY positioning
accessories.
Note: Spacer kits also increase the minimum working distance specification by the same amount. For the TS102, the standard workiing
distance is 5.6mm, and the chamber height with/without the inner lid is 2.5mm/4mm.
