- Some of the HDMI to DP cables may not have enough power or are incompatible with the product for display data transfer.
- TF and SD slots can not be used at the same time.
- PD port is only for charging, not supporting data transfer.
- The final resolution of HDMI output depends on your host devices and whether supports 4K.
- If the USB C port of the laptop does not support DP ALT, all hubs on the market can not support your laptop to HDMI output. So please make sure the USB C port of the laptop supports DP ALT.
- 2.4 GHz wireless devices (such as wireless keyboards and mice), MIDI devices and some USB 3.0 devices may not be supported, or may not work in close proximity to a hub or other USB 3.0 device.
- USB C 2.0 and USB-A 2.0 are not compatible with some high-end drives and devices.

- USB-C port does not support video output.
