OverviewHow to use it for cold therapy:
1. Turn the cap counterclockwise.
2. Fill the ice pack two-thirds with either cold tap water, ice water, or ice cubes.
3. Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured.
4. Turn the ice bag upside down and press firmly on the bottom to test for leakage.
5. You may wrap the ice pack in a soft towel to protect the skin and avoid condensation build-up.
6. Apply the ice pack for 20 to 30 minutes (maximum) at a time.
How to use it for hot therapy:
1. Turn the cap counterclockwise.
2. Pour in two-thirds of the bag warm water (do not exceed 60/140)
3. Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured.
4. Turn the ice bag upside down and press firmly on the bottom to test for leakage.
5. Apply to desired area for 15-20 minutes with a soft towel.
