The Ringke Camera Glass protector is made of different layers that perform different tasks to create a single, high-quality product.
The base of the Camera Glass protector is made of a clear acrylic board that is cut to fit over even the edges of the camera for full coverage.
Acrylic is a non-yellowing material and offers high levels of protection while being lightweight.
Embedded into the acrylic is a single black ring around the camera flash. This black ring prevents the bleeding of light into pictures and videos while the flash is active.
On top of the acrylic is a thin layer of tempered glass with an oleophobic coating. This super clear glass layer covers the camera lens to protect it against scratches while providing optimal image quality for pictures and videos taken.
Finally, each camera lens has a separate silk-printed black outline to act as a secondary barrier against the bleeding of light from the flash in low-light settings.
