| عن المؤلف | Dr A. Sudhakar is presently working as a professor & Head, Department of ECE at RVR & JC College of Engineering, GUNTUR. He worked as an Associate Professor at AIMST, Malaysia during 2003-2005. He obtained his B. Tech degree(1978-83) from V. R. Siddhartha Engineering college affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University and M. E from Jadavpur University,Kolkata during 1983-85. He obtained his Ph.D from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He has over 25 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Electronics & Communications Engineering. Presently he is working as a board of studies chairman for Electronics & Communication Engineering and Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering of Acharya Nagarjuna University. He is a member of various professional societies like IEEE, SEMCEI, ISTE and Fellow in IETE. He has published around 40 papers in various National and International journals and has co-authored several books, all published by TMH publishing company Ltd. One book is published by McGraw-Hill publishing company, USA. He has completed various projects funded by AICTE, New-Delhi. Presently he is working on a major research project on "Array Antenna Design" funded by University Grants Commission, New-Delhi. His fields of interest include Circuits, Signals & Systems and Array Antennas. |

| وصف الكتاب | Integrated circuits (ICs) are chips, or small electronic devices found in practically every type of application and machine, including microprocessors, audio/video equipment, automobiles, etc. Regardless of their context, most modern integrated circuits require both analog (linear) and digital processing, so designers must have a solid foundation in both. Written for beginning circuit designers and electrical engineering students, this book covers the basics of both linear and digital circuits. This unique approach also makes it useful as a reference for practicing engineers. The first seven chapters are devoted to analog integrated circuits, including ideal operational amplifier (op-amp) characteristics, AC and DC characteristics of op-amp, and op-amp applications. After a chapter on the principles involved in analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, the last four chapters are devoted to the fundamentals of digital system design from the ground up. This section covers many specific digital circuits, including Adder, ROM, and EPROM, microprocessors, and microcontrollers. The last chapter explains logic families, which form the fundamentals of logic gates. |
