Loyka ATC Antifreeze and Battery Fluid Measurement Refractometer
These antifreeze meters and refractometers are sensitive optical devices used to measure the freezing point of engine antifreeze and cleaners, the state of charge in acidic batteries and the measurement of windshield washer antifreeze. It is used in vehicles such as cars, trucks, tractors, tractors and ships that use ethylene glycol as a coolant and sulfuric acid (battery acid) as a charging fluid.

HOW TO MEASURE?
Hold the refractometer by the body, with the side of the oblique prism at the tip of which the sample is dropped, facing the light. With the cover closed, position the binocular part of the device to your eye and try to read the value on the measurement table you see. If the values you see are not clear, you can adjust the clarity by turning the measurement table left and right by turning the adjustment ring just above the binoculars.
Making Zero Adjustment: First open the prism cover, drop 1-2 drops of pure water on the inclined prism surface and close the cover slowly. Like this; A thin layer of water will remain between the prism surface and the cover. If not, see the Dark-Light distinction image seen around the 0 (zero) line of the size chart; For exact alignment with the size chart zero line Calibration Screw Turn it with the help of a screwdriver to ensure that the Dark-Light distinction exactly coincides with the zero line on the size chart.
The values you will measure in this refractometer are; You can measure Ethylene glycol, Propylene glycol, Battery fluid and windshield washer antifreeze.
