Eyestrain remains a problem when reading from a computer screen though, lighting is important, having a consistent source of light in the area as you're working on the computer is helpful. The primary purpose of our screen light bar is to improve lighting conditions. It does this in multiple ways. Because it’s designed to be positioned on top of a laptop monitor, light shines down to illuminate the space in front — the work area.
