Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) is no exception with this regard. Now a day, the CLT method, which is originated in Britain, is widely used in English as Second Language (ESL) classrooms around the world. CLT is recognized as powerful theoretical model in ELT by many linguists and language teachers as a useful approach to language teaching.
