Here are some methods to eliminated:
Exposing the collapsible water bottle to air for 2-3 days, the taste will fade drift away.
Mixed brine with a small amount of vinegar, soak the collapsible water bottle for 10 minutes or more. This is the most effective way to remove the odor of silicone.
Fill with equal parts white vinegar and water,soak for 24hrs,rinse and air out to dry.

For cleaning:
you can add some soda water, or citric acid, and then shake the water repeatedly. 
You can also rub it. Soak it for one to two minutes to clean it.
