How to program with infrared

This remote control has five keys that can be programmable with infrared. Take programming TV on and off with the remote control for example.

1. Make sure your remote supports NEC programming protocol, batteries are properly installed and LED flashes red

2. Set the MX3 remote and TV remote facing each other from the upper ends, keep the distance between them within 0.1 feet.

3. Press the TV button on the MX3 Pro remote for 4-5 seconds until the LED flashes quickly.

4. Then press the Power button on the TV remote for programming for 4-5 seconds until the LED on the MX3 Pro remote flashes quickly, press one of the five IR keys, the MX3 LED will flash red without flashing.

5. Then press the TV buttons on the MX3 Pro remote to exit programming mode.
