General Terms

These general terms govern the Trade-in Program (Terms) offered by noon in conjunction with its third party vendors. The Terms shall at all times be subject to Terms and Conditions.

1. noon in collaboration with any third parties, may offer a trade-in service on www.noon.com (Platform), wherein you may trade in your eligible device (the “Trade-in Device”) subsequent to the purchase of a new phone device (the “Trade-in Program”).

2. The Trade-in Partner will provide you with an estimated value for the Trade-in Device (the “Trade-In Value”).

3. The Trade-in Value will be credited to your registered noon account as noon credit. You can elect to have the noon credit transferred to your bank account.

4. This Trade-In Program is only available for selected brands and devices purchased online via noon’s website at www.noon.com or the noon App via the Trade-in option.

5. Any returns request in relation to the new device purchased through the Platform shall be processed in accordance with the Returns Policy

6. The Trade-In Program is offered by third party trade-in partners engaged by noon from time to time (Trade-in Partner).

7. You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the Trade-in Program.

8. The Trade-in Partner will provide the Trade-In Value, upon your handover of the Trade-In Device to their representative.

9. The Trade-In Program cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers or offers unless expressly provided in the terms and conditions of such offers.

10. noon credit equivalent to the Trade-in Value will be credited to your registered noon account within 48 hours of approving the Trade-in Value. You may decide to transfer such noon credits to your bank account through your noon wallet.

11. By participating in the Trade-In Program, you understand and agree that it may be necessary for noon and its Trade-in Partner to collect, process, transmit, maintain, share, and use your personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, photo id’s and information related to your method of payment, to perform the service and support obligations under the Trade-In Program. Please do not opt for the Trade-in Program if you don’t consent to such data being shared for the purposes of the Trade-in Program.

12. noon reserves the right to substitute, change, cancel or add to any part of these Terms at any time, including terminating the Trade-In Program or modifying these Terms.

13. noon and its Trade-in Partner reserve the right to decline or cancel your Trade-In request, at their sole discretion.

14. The Trade-In Program is available only to customers in selected cities across KSA and UAE.

15. You are solely responsible for deleting all personal data from the device prior to handing over the device to the Trade-in Partner. Neither noon nor the Trade-in Partner accepts any responsibility or liability for any lost files or data.

16. Once confirmed by noon, the Trade-in is final, and no return or refund policy will apply to the Trade-in Device.

17. You are entitled to accept or reject the trade-in value without any liability to noon.

18. noon shall not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the purchase, redemption and/or use of this Trade-in Program or the inability to use this Trade-in Program.

19. You may trade in only one (1) device under this Trade-In Program for each new phone device you purchase.

20. Device model eligibility for the Trade-in Device and Trade-In Value are determined by the trade-in partner in its sole discretion. Other restrictions and limitations may apply. For more information on the trade-in program offered by the Trade-in Partner, please refer to terms and conditions.
