About the Author | Harold O. Kiess is Professor Emeritus, Framingham State University, and received his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. While at Framingham, Kiess developed and taught courses in research methodology and statistical analysis, as well as the historical foundations of psychology. He has also authored three editions of Statistical Concepts for the Behavioral Sciences before joining with Bonnie A. Green as co-author for the fourth edition. Bonnie A. Green is Professor of Psychology at East Stroudsburg University and received her Ph.D. in Psychology from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania. As a fellow for the Eastern Psychological Association, Green presents research on student success and effective teaching. She also actively mentors undergraduate students in research, statistics, and psychometrics. Both Kiess and Green have co-authored the book Measuring Humans: Fundamentals of Psychometrics for Selecting and Interpreting Tests (2017). |
