• Q: Is it possible to turn off the automatic turner?
• A: Yes, You can turn off it by disconnect the egg tray and automatic egg turner motor connector. But remember eggs need be turned until last 3 days very close to hatching.
• FAQ for the humidity& temperature :
• Q: Does it show the humidity reading? And how to keep the humidity?
• A: It display humidity level so no need to buy additional hygrometer to monitor incubator humidity level. There is no humidity setting on this incubator and by external water top-up adjust the humidity and add or remove water as needed. You could give it a passing look each day to check the temp and put in water if needed to keep the humidity around 55%. That will vary by location and weather.
• Q: How do I adjust the off set temperature?
• A: The user manual contains information on how to set the temperature. Press setting button,and then press +/- to adjust.We suggest you could use more than one thermometer/humidity sensors to work with if needed.

• Q: Can this incubator incubate other types of eggs？
• A: If you need to hatch eggs that are larger than eggs, you need to remove the egg tray. After removing the egg tray, you need to turn the eggs manually.
• If you want to hatch eggs that are smaller than eggs, such as quail eggs, you only need to put the eggs on the egg tray, and the product will automatically rotate the eggs every two hours.
• FAQ for the Auto turner:
• Q: How do I know if its turning my eggs?
• A: You can test by marking the egg with a pencil and periodically checking to see if the marked side has moved. It's a slow process.

Precautions Before Using the Product:

• Q: The incubator is not holding a consistent temp. How to do that?
• A: 1.The factory temperature setting is about 38 degree( Celsius ) (the 38 degree is suggestted for the chicken eggs, if any other kinds of eggs, you need to adjust by the suggested temp.)
• 2. For the "inaccurate" reading of the temp, After some time, the sensors of other thermometer might start to give false reading by a degree or two which can affect hatch rates if not caught. This isn't exclusively our incubator issue, it also happened to other incubator and other thermometer.We suggest you could use more than one thermometer/humidity sensors to work with if needed.
• 3. Reduce the influence of the external environment: The temperature of house-used thermometer may vary from our egg incubator, when the ambient temperature is less than 25℃(77℉)，it is better to take measures for heat preservation. It’s good for temperature uniformity when the device is enclosed with clothes or other warms, and it also helps energy-saving and reduces heat dissipation. And if the environment temp reach 37℃（(98.6 F)The temp of our incubator might reache 41-43 ℃(105.8-109.4 F). It is best to use it in a cool location.
• WARNING:
• 1. Egg shape is very important. deformed, cracked, or deformed eggs cannot be used for hatching. Choose clean eggs, hatched eggs cannot be washed .The hatched egg is a fertilized egg. Hold the egg against the light to see if there is any flocculation attached to the yolk. If there is, it can be used to hatch chicks. The eggs must be fresh. Chicken and duck eggs are within 7 days of birth, goose eggs within 10 days. Eggs stored for too long may not hatch.
• 2.The temperature adjustment range is 30-39.5 degrees, which is a suitable hatching temperature for poultry. The eggs should be fresh fertilized eggs. Please add water and keep in 38℃ condition, after 18 days change temperature into 37.5℃.​
• 3. 40-50 percent humidity must be maintained for the first 18 days; 65 to 75 percent humidity is needed for the final days before hatching.The humidity is adjusted by adding water. Different poultry hatching humidity is different.
• 4. If the temperature in the area is relatively low and the weather is relatively dry, and the evaporation of water is not used, some warm water should be added when hatching, and the white foam on the surface of the product should be covered to achieve a good heat preservation effect.
