About the Author | Lynda Girvan is Head of Agile and Business Analysis for CMC Partnership ConsultancyLtd, which specialises in agile and business transformation services. She is a CharteredFellow of BCS, BCS Subject Matter Expert in Agile and Business Analysis, and holds agilecoaching certifications with the Scrum Alliance. Lynda has extensive experience applyingher knowledge of business analysis, Agile and change to help organisations overcomechallenging transformations, such as organisational agility. Lynda has co-authored "Agilefrom First Principles" and "Agile and Business Analysis" and is an experienced keynotespeaker on these subjects at international conferences.Debra Paul is the CEO of Assist Knowledge Development Ltd, a training and consultancycompany specialising in business analysis, service design and business change.
