The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the goods and is as stated below. The entire product, including all its parts, is covered by our Company's warranty. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair time of the product is maximum 30 business days. This period starts from the date of notification of the malfunction of the product to the service station, or in the absence of a service station, to the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer of the product. If the malfunction of the product cannot be repaired within 15 days, the manufacturer-producer or importer must allocate another product with similar features for the use of the consumer until the repair of the product is completed. If the product malfunctions during the warranty period due to material and workmanship or assembly errors, it will be repaired without demanding any labor costs, replacement part cost or any other fee.

Although the consumer exercises his right to repair the goods;

Within one year from the date of delivery to the consumer, provided that it remains within the specified warranty period; In addition to the elements of the same malfunction being repeated more than twice or different malfunctions occurring more than four times or the total of different malfunctions being more than six within the specified warranty period, these malfunctions make it permanent not to be able to benefit from the goods,
Exceeding the maximum time required for repair,
Determining that it is not possible to repair the malfunction through a report prepared by the company's service station, or if a service station is not available, one of its sellers, dealers, agency representatives, importers or manufacturers, respectively,
In such cases, the consumer may request a free replacement of the goods, a refund or a discount on the defective amount. Malfunctions caused by the use of the product contrary to the instructions in the user manual are not covered by the warranty. For problems that may arise regarding the Warranty Certificate, you can apply to the General Directorate of Consumer and Competition Protection of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Situations Outside the Scope of Warranty
Problems arising from use contrary to the assembly and user manual.
Defects caused by incorrect installation or faulty installation by the consumer other than the authorized service.
Problems that may occur in uncontrolled installations. (Installations that do not use a water pressure regulator or hydrophore) *Ideal Installation Pressure Range: 3–4 Bar
If a filtered intermediate tap and filter are not used, sand, mud, linen, etc. Malfunctions caused by construction debris.
Damages that may occur as a result of falling and impact during loading, transportation, unloading and assembly.
Defects that may occur on the surfaces of products left in construction sites for a long time.
Malfunctions caused by incorrect and harsh use.
Problems caused by calcification.
Deformations caused by the use of cleaners containing acids or corrosive substances.
Malfunctions that may be caused by parts used other than original spare parts.
Body cartridge cracked due to freezing, etc. parts.
Lack of approved warranty certificate or invoice.
Use of products for purposes other than their intended purpose.
