Our brix refractometer can be used to measure the sugar content in fruit, food, juice, tea and beverage as well as measurement of sugary liquids such as fruit juice.

How to calibrate:

Place 2~3 drops of fresh water or distilled water,then turn the calibration set screw until the blue line is on zero.

How to Use:

Place 2~3 drops of test sample on the main prism, close the daylight plate and look through the eyepiece for brix reading.
