How to use:
1. If you haven't use liquid eyeliner before, use a kohl pencil to draw an outline on your eyelid for you to follow.
2. Tilt your head back at a slight angle, and steady your hand on a flat surface (your jaw bone is good) to apply the eyeliner.
3. Lifting your eyelid taut, apply the eyeliner in a continuous line from inner to outer corner.
For a striking look, finish with a flick of eyeliner from the outer corner of your eye.
