Preparation InformationWash your hands before preparing the porridge Use clean dishes. Pour 140-160 ml of drinking water for children heated to 50°C or boiled water cooled to 50°C. Gradually pour 25 g of dry product stirring continuouslyv(approximately 3-4 tablespoons). Stir until completely dissolved and cool to a temperature comfortable for feeding. The porridge is ready to eat. Note: To stir the porridge quickly and without lumps, use a fork. Depending on your child's age and preference, you can add more or less water to make the porridge weaker or thicker. Always cook porridge immediately before feeding. Do not use the leftovers of previously cooked porridge for the next feeding. Consult your pediatrician before starting complementary food. It is recommended to introduce complementary food gradually, starting with one tea spoon, increasing the portion of porridge to the age norm within 5-7 days."
