This coil winding machine can wind the coils by the hand crank handle. Besides, you can install an additional motor (not included) to change it to an electric coil winding machine, which allows this machine to automatically wind coil in even layers with concise tension.

The manual winding & counting machine would assist a salesperson in efficiently and accurately evaluating how much product was sold; aiding with more precise assessment of inventory.

If you used to wind coils (for inductors) by hand and that was always really tough, this hand coil winder makes the job much easier and keep count of the wind number for you.

It is suitable for electrical appliances industry, winding various kinds of tape recorders, inductance coils, instrument coils, peak sounding devices, relays, timers, various coils and power transformers in television, radio and all kinds of flat winding coils.

This machine should be mounted on a stable worked bench. There are three mouting holes on the base for installation on the workbench.

Put some lubricating oil into the oil filter holes of the spindle.

Please press the reset handle of the counter to make it reverse to "00000". It's required to press the reset handle twice to get the whole counting gear back into the reset state. Otherwise, the gear may slip, which will result in inaccurate counting. Please do not press the reset handle when the machine is still running.

Note: This machine can work with a motor, but please note that speed should be less than 1000 rpm/min.
