1. For maximum results, start by applying a neutral eye primer such as KIKO MILANO Neutral Eye Base. Comb eyebrows up with the brush.
2. With the pencil, define the eyebrows with small strokes in the direction of hair growth, from the inner to the outer brow.
3. Fill in your eyebrows with the powder and blend with the brush.
