Fourth: Place your arm on the same flat surface next to the flat compression device,,, and relax completely and do not move ‏Press the start button and leave the device to run the process of measuring blood pressure until the end, and do not interrupt the process with any sudden movement or emotion until the process is completed and the result is shown by speech at the end of the process. ‏Fifth: Record your results, then remove your arm from the cuff completely, close the device, and put it in its own box to preserve it until it is used again
