| About the Author | John Fareed is a personal branding and performance coach, a highly sought-after keynote speaker, and author of the new revised and expanded edition of From Invisible to Icon: How to Become a Known Expert in Your Industry. He is global chairman of Horwath HTL, the global leader in hotel, tourism, and leisure consulting.
