OverviewWEICON Galva-Spray 400ml APPLICATION: WEICON Galva Spray serves as a permanent protective coating for all metal surfaces. It protects metals against rust and corrosion and dries Fastly and adheres firmly. The spray is resistant to salt and fresh water and temperatures up to approx. +300 Celsius (+572 Fahrenheit). In the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts coated with Galva spray showed no corrosion even after more than 450 hours. The spray is used to repair damaged zinc coatings in the same shade, as a high-quality rust protection primer, for example for paintwork on car bodies, for coating welding and drilling areas and as a conductive intermediate layer during spot welding. SURFACE PREATMENT: Clean and degrease the surfaces with WEICON Surface Cleaner. PROCESSING: Shake can before use until stirring ball is clearly audible. Spray evenly in a cross-coat at room temperature (approx. +20 Celsius) at a distance of approx. 25 cm. Dust dry after approx. 15 min., fully cured in approx. 10-12 hours. STORAGE: Container is under pressure. Protect from sunlight and temperatures above +50 Celsius.
