Knog Oi offers exactly that!
The cymbals will fit almost any cylindrical bar. The large Oi is for bar sizes from 23.8mm to 31.8mm. The Oi will also work on any aero bar with a 16mm cylindrical cross section (near the throat).

CABLE MANAGEMENT:
The Oi mount has a cable management system built into its shape, so it not only keeps the cymbal looking and sounding uninterrupted, but also helps you tidy up your cables.

BICYCLE MOUNTING:
Nylon clamp with hex screw to secure the bell to your bike. What about attaching it to the bar? Just place it on, give it a quick tightening and you're ready to go. No slipping down the handlebars, no removing and re-attaching.
