WHO TO USE: PRE APPLICATION SOLUTION: Apply a small amount to fingertips and gently massage into the eyebrow area. Wipe clean with a wet tissue or cotton ball. Make sure skin is completely dry before applying eyebrow transfer. POST APPLICATION SOLUTION: Gently apply with fingertips and pat dry. Use daily to extend the life of your eyebrow transfers. REMOVE: Apply with a cotton ball or tissue. Gently rub transfer until skin is clean of all transfer material.
