How to Use?

Step 1: Adjust to the radian, you need to stretch the plantar fascia. Suggest start at 90 degrees. 

Step 2: Put the splint on the instep to wear it at the top of foot, wrap the ankle and fix with the velcro. 

Step 3: Wrap the forefoot and fix with the velcro.

Step 4: pull the elastic strap on the splint go through the plastic buckle and wrap forefoot again, fix with velcro.

Step 5: fix the middle velcro of the extra elastic strap on the splint bottom then pull the two ends of the strap to across at ankle.

Step 6 :fix the  two ends the ankle with velcro complete. 

Directions for Use:

1. We don't suggest wearing the splint in the shoe, it's not made for really walking.

2. Do not pull the strap too tight, as not to affect your blood circulation.

3. It is a normal phenomenon for slight soreness. If you have serious discomfort during the use of the splint, please remove it.

4. Wear the splint for 30 minutes to 1hr at the first use, then extend the time gradually. you may need several nights to adapt.
