Orders placed during a single transaction that amount to or above SAR 500 are exempted from shipping charges. To place an order, the minimum total purchasing amount should be SAR 50. For any order below SAR 50, a flat delivery rate of SAR 15 is applied. Shipping is available in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. Order Cancellations Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. Returns If a damaged or wrong item is delivered to you, you can raise a complaint within the following 1 day of delivery.
