INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE SURFACE PREPARATION: Grind/sand surface with 16 to 40 grit coarse disc sandpaper until thoroughly cleaned and roughened. Prepare surface 2"-3" beyond the damaged area at each side. Clean surface and have it free of dirt, oil, grease, paint, rust and moisture. If filling holes, blow off dirt and taper edges. MIXING: Knead cream hardener tube thoroughly before using. For a golf ball-size amount of filler, squeeze out 1-1/4 inch strip of hardener, or mix 3-inch diameter circle, 1/2 inch thick of filler to 3-inch strip of cream hardener. Mix thoroughly to uniform color on clean, non-porous surface. Mix only small amounts that can be used within 3-4 minutes. Do not add cream hardener in filler container. Spread initial thin layer of mixed filler over repair area using firm pressure to ensure maximum adhesion. APPLICATION: Spread initial thin layer of mixed filler over surface using firm pressure to assure maximum adhesion. Work up thickness and overlap edges of damaged area. Build up higher than desired contour to allow for sanding. To fill holes and dings, do not apply the filler too thick: it is better to apply in two steps. DO NOT PUT UNUSED MIXED MATERIAL BACK IN CAN. DO NOT USE MIXING TOOL TO REMOVE FILLER FROM CAN. FINISHING: File/cheesegrate in 8 to 12 minutes after application. Sand and featheredge repair to desired contour after 20 to 25 minutes. Use coarse sandpaper, such as 80 grit for sanding and finer sandpaper for featheredging. Wait approxi- mately 1-1/2 hours, then prime and paint as required.
