OverviewSparnod Fitness SAB-05 airbike indoor trainer is a perfect aerobic machine for home. It uses a fan (hence also called fan bike) to generate wind resistance. The faster you pedal it gets harder to pedal due to increased wind resistance. The handles of SAB-05 move forward and backward to provide simultaneous lower body workout. Meanwhile, your chest, back, arms, abs, and obliques get sculpted double time as you aggressively push and pull the handles to generate more power and speed. SAB-05 has a tension controller knob to adjust the resistance level. The cushioned seat has adjustable height enabling comfortable posture while working out.
