Mix 850 ml of milk at room temperature with 2 tablespoons of yoghurt and divide the milk into portioned yoghurt containers.
Fill the outer chamber with boiled water until it remains 2 cm. Be careful not to let it get into the containers you put the milk in. Do not close the portion lids during fermentation.
