2 ways to open the clamp arm, first, touch the side button to open. Second, press the side button to open. Long press 3s can switch mode, recommended to use the button mode to avoid unwanted open or close.

Why is it not charging my phone or slow charging or heat?
⭐A: 
1. Please adjust the bottom foot to align with the charging coil. 
2. Please avoid using too thick phone cases, metal ring phone cases, metal phone cases. 
3. The car charger does not work for the otter box phone case or pop socket phone case. 
4. Please make sure your phone support wireless charging.

Attention:
⭐Please Plug the cable into the QC 3.0 car charger to ensure fast charging; the Non-QC car charger, 2.4A car charger, or USB Port doesn't support fast charging which can not supply enough power to this device.
⭐Metal attachments, expandable grips, or credit cards will interfere with charging. Cases that contain metal, such as Pitaka, Evutec, and Spigen QNMP, will trigger foreign object detection and interrupt charging.
