Vanguard's VEO 3 GO 235AB Aluminum Tripod/Monopod with T-50 ball head is a tripod kit with a removable stand and removable center column that can be combined to create a 137cm high monopod. Cameras, lenses or sports optics compatible with a 1/4"-20 mount can be secured to the ball head of the tripod/monopod using an Arca-type quick-release plate. The T-50 Ball Head is removable, tilts up to 91° and 360° for vertical orientation It provides independent rotation and can be fixed throughout the range of motion. A smartphone connector and a Bluetooth™ remote control are also included, allowing the kit to be used as a selfie stick in a monopod configuration.

When used as a tripod, it supports up to 4 kilograms and shrinks to 33 centimeters when folded. Each of its 5-section legs has 3 different angle locks: 21, 50 and 80 degrees, leg extensions that easily open and lock for quick installation, and rubber shoes. As a tripod, it can be lowered by up to 20cm for macro shooting or creativity when the removable center column is replaced with the included Low Angle Adapter. The three legs together can be extended to achieve a maximum height of 106 cm. With the central column, this height rises to 135 centimeters. The aluminum alloy feet each feature a rubber shoe, and a set of studded feet are also offered to further increase stability on a wide range of surfaces.

For added versatility, the center column is reversible, allowing a configuration where the attached camera is placed between the legs of the tripod rather than on top of it. Each of the legs consists of 5 sections with twist locks for quick spreading and can be spread independently.
