WEICON Aluminium Minute Adhesive Quick-Curing 2-component Epoxy Adhesive in the Practical Twin Syringe FEATURES : WEICON Aluminium Minute Adhesive is a low-odour, 2-component epoxy adhesive filled with aluminium. It cures quickly and practically shrink-free at room temperature. After curing, the adhesive can be mechanically processed (filing, drilling, milling). Aluminium Minute Adhesive is gap-filling and run-off resistant (thixotropic) and has very high tensile, impact and peel strengths. APPLICATION : The adhesive is particularly suitable for bonding aluminium and other light metals to and among each other. It is used to fill cracks and holes, for example in aluminium housings, and can be used to repair light alloy wheels. PROCESSING : In order to achieve optimum adhesion, the surfaces to be bonded should be dry and free from grease or dirt. Scraping or grinding the surfaces before cleaning helps to ensure good adhesion. STORAGE : WEICON Epoxy Adhesives have a shelf life of at least 18 months in unopened condition at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and dry storage. Avoid exposure to sunlight. If these storage instructions are not observed, the storage stability is reduced to 6 months.
